The Palace
The National Fine Art Gallery, is well equipped to host the event. This complex, originally built to host the last Bulgarian Royal family, and transformed into an art gallery after WW2, is the only place in Sofia that can boast hosting art and wealth, reconciling continuity and adversity.

In attendance
Ten of the most thriving vagrants based in Sofia, the downtown area, will be employed to perform expert 'panholding' services.
In addition, ten of the most vibrant city prostitutes will be contracted to walk around, dressed as per the best practices in theie profession, and offer sparkling wine to the visitors. Their services will be paid in advance of the event as per the standard rates in the capital (40 to 60 BGL an hour) so that visitors can enjoy this promotion as they would any other.

List of invitees will include members of the political elite with their intellectual and artistic entourage.

The ceremony:
The announcer moderates the ceremony, opening up with a trailer sequel. Each trailer follows the stylistics of commercials and focuses of different aspects of Ventsi Zankov's artistic activities.

Âîäåùèÿ àíîíñèðà íà÷àëîòî íà öåðåìîíèÿòà.
The vagrants and the prostitutes line up on both sides of the red carpet as the announcer welcomes Ventsi Zankov.
Zankov shows up at the end of the red carpet and starts his slow solemn progress to the throne.
As he reaches his destination, Zankov halts, turns round to face the audience.
It is time to pledge vows.
' On this last day of the last month of the year of the Tiger, we proclaim Ventsislav Zankov to be the master of his own self and his body.
From this moment on, he becomes the sole and implicit proprietor of his life.
From this moment on it is his will, his wishes, it is his thoughts and his feelings, it is his cravings and his despair that DO matter.
From this moment on the state will take it upon itself to respect his absolute power over himself and his kingdom.'
The two topless fashion models put the mantel around him, the bodybuilder places the crown on his head.
The first beats of a solemn anthem, composed to honour the crowning ceremony, fill the air.
Zankov sits onb the throne, the gay couple hands the scepter over to him.
As the last notes of the anthem die away, guests are invited to gather around the throne, the way premiership league football teams pose for pictures. A Photo session follows. The pictures will be used as visual aids for Ventsi Zankov's next painting, titled 'VENTSISLAV ZANKOV: The Crowning Ceremony'.
Official reception to follow. Waltz in the air. An actor from a prominent metropolitan comedy theatre reads aloud parts of 'The Prince and the Pauper' and 'Cinderella' fairly tales.

The ceremony will be videotaped.

POST SCRIPTUM
The videomaterial, as well as c-prints, posters and postcards, selected from the photografic material will be used to document this fairly tale.
