A dead idea follows:

An Approach to Creation of Animated ASCII Textures 

STEP_0: put a printed text into scanner

STEP_1: perform lo-resolution OCR text recognition  

STEP_2: print recognised text

STEP_3: loop to STEP0

After a number of loops convert recognised texts to gifs and put them in

gif sequence (ping-pong order is recommended).
